All’s Quiet on the Mid-Western Front
I’m ready for the weekend; the week was too damn boring.
I decided to delete the “Santa Toilet Bowl Cover Entry,” I thought it too gay for my manly taste. I tend to waffle on this site, and not chat about more ummm… malicious, sexy and masculine topics. So let’s just say that the Santa blog got the flush! Hahaha!
Nice day today! Crappy rain tomorrow, Saturday. Go figure!
I have a job fair to go to tomorrow afternoon in Wichita Falls. I feel like I’m just slouching around here but I job hunt every day. (I refuse to work at Wally World for $5.50 an hour!)
Anyway, I applied for a lot of Civil Service jobs with the Army and Air Force this week in Oklahoma and in Texas. Some of these are job time killers (Admin Jobs) and there are five real jobs, GS-9/10/11’s that I’d really love to score. One SysAdmin job in San Antonio, one in W.Falls, and three ATC Equipment Repair jobs, one at Fort Hood, and two at Randolph AFB in San Antone. They close out on the 24th.
Ok like always, I’ll just keep my finger crossed! All I can do!
Everyone have a good weekend! hb
